We value customer satisfaction like no other. If you are not happy with your Steampunk product send us an email and we will be happy to assist you with a refund or exchange. Sale items and discounted products are not included in this policy.


If you need to return your order just send us an email within 7 days after receiving your Steampunk item. We will expect your return parcel within 30 days still brand new, unused, with all tags still attached and original form as it was shipped to you. A refund will be processed less whatever postage cost we incurred on the original shipment.

Please make sure to email us first prior to returning your item.


It may take up to 7 days to complete processing your refund as we adjust our stocks in our warehouse. The cost of return shipment is a non-refundable unless the item delivered was defective, incorrect or faulty. However all Steampunk replacement packages are shipped for free.

Returning of Goods

We recommend that you post your return item in a registered Pre-paid Australia Post Satchel. This gives you the confidence that the item will reach us as you can track it while in transit.

Shipping your return item in a trackable post bag guarantees you in a rare event that the item is lost in transit. Just email us the Australia Post tracking number and we will investigate what happen. If you are unable to provide us with a tracking number then we will not be able to proceed with a refund or exchange.
